One of the most effective European Style Nymphing (ESN) patterns to have been developed on the Truckee River.This fly is a staple in many Truckee River fly anglers' fly boxes. Originally designed by local tyer, Doug Oulette, this version is tied on a jig hook with a tungsten bead and can represent a variety of aquatic insects.
Make sure to carry a few of these when fishing our local waters.
