The Bangtail is a large articulated streamer that simply puts big brown trout in your net. This fly is tied with a #1/0 front hook. The Schlappen tail kicks and swims with lifelike movement while the vertical head cuts and dart when fished on a fast retrieve. This fly is weightless and is best fished on sink tip lines like the Sink 25 Cold fly line. If you haven't fished this fly- you're missing out!
