Summary Rawhide is located 4.4 miles south of the Y. This beach reuires a short but steep hike down to the lake. It provides a series of deep drops and eventually leads into a deep bay on the south end of the beach. Rawhide fishes best in the Early and Middle parts of the season with both indicator and stripping rigs.Rawhide is often shielded from a south wind.
