We are excited to announce our collaboration with the Hub Coffee Roasters, to create the Truckee River Roast (6 oz bag – whole bean). This is a uniquely custom crafted coffee blend/roast that captures what best describes a day of fly fishing on the Truckee River; fresh air, crisp water and wild trout. Working with the Hub crew, their master brewers/roasters created a unique and bold coffee that will kick start your day on the Truckee River, Pyramid Lake or anywhere your morning takes you.
Mark Trujillo, owner of the Hub Coffee Roasters, describes the Truckee River Roast best, “we used two beans to create a balanced cup, 50% Mexico Pluma Hidalgo and 50% Ethiopian Daye Bensa we then finished with a medium/dark roast. Both of these beans come from small independent grow operations that have kept to traditional ways and independent ownership.”
