RFS guide Mike Anderson with your on the water report from Pyramid Lake! The lake is at 69° and the water has dropped 1-2 feet from last season. Bait balls are immense and the LCT are actively cutting bait. Should be a great year book your trip today!

We will be meeting at the Mustang Ranch bridge Sept 27 to do a much needed river cleanup. There are several ways to get involved. You can jump into one of our rafts and walk/float downstream picking trash off of the banks or join one of the many KTMB land crews and remove trash and install wire mesh around trees to protect from beavers.
If you are interested give us a call to get good numbers and then meet at the bridge at 0800 Saturday morning. We suggest that you bring waders/boots (we can lend you some if needed but needed sizes). We should have everything else to have a fun day on the Truckee.
