Owner

Jim became the proud owner of the Reno Fly Shop, after opening its doors in a new location in 2014. Jim hopes to help create and grow the fly fishing community in Reno.

Matt cullen

Shop Manager

Born in Redding CA, Matt is our full time staff member with life long fly fishing experience. From mountain creeks, to the Sac river, to Pyramid Lake, Matt is here to help you!

Mike Anderson

Guide

Mike has been with the shop for over 5 years now, and enjoys sharing his passion for fishing and fly tying with clients and customers alike. Catch Mike during our by-weekly On The Water Report where he shares current conditions, flows, and tips for the Truckee river and Pyramid lake.

Aden Breckner

Guide & Staff

Aden is a Reno native as well and has worked at the Reno Fly Shop since 2017. Aden enjoys all things fly fishing and is in constant pursuit to learn, grow and teach.

Matthew killam

Staff

Matthew is from San Diego and moved to Reno for college. When not kicking for the Nevada football team, he enjoys fishing Pyramid Lake and the Truckee River. Matthew is an integral team member at the Reno Fly Shop.
