Great fishing at Pyramid Lake and the Truckee River. Colder temps have the fish moving a bit slower in the river and small dark flies are a great selection this time of year.
At Pyramid Lake both stripping flies and fishing a floating line under an indicator are both working well. As we move towards deep winter try downsizing your flies out at the lake to pick up those slower moving fish.
